Hey RH! Yeah got it. It's brown. But ya know what? She's at that point too. I'm in the middle of composing some guidelines--deadlines are included. Very feasible.

quote:
Almost have the shed done.

First, how big is this shed?!?!?!? Second, does it have a skylight?!?!?!
Welcome back starz. Glad you survived.
Nikko...IMHO, like I posted on another thread, I just used LM's sig line. ("Some people just don't get it. They don't get it that they don't get it.")
Welp, brown finally got finished with her "Mappy" game...baby's sleeping...think we're gonna go take our last shower of 2004!
I/we will check in later! [ January 04, 2005, 09:14 AM: Message edited by: Justuss ]

starz,
I know it's stressful and probably expensive to replace a wig, but that is SO appropriate for I-ville! Shave the rest of your head, but on a diaper, and go as the New Year's Baby!

starz...you're beauty is from within--you are a great woman (and I know I'm sure that the wig only gives you confidence)....but, when you think about it...how deep/another meaning it was to lose this at the end of the year. Maybe just good things will come in 2005 and maybe your fogged out husband will lose his "surface' as you say and his true colors will come back. Just a thought.
Or, you can do what dobie suggested and say, "Now kiss my *** you fool!"

Today NOW helped me, sometimes I have a neighbor helping me. He brings beer. NOW mentioned today that it seemed like me and her got more done than my helper and I. Wonder why?
Oh, and yes it does have skylights. Well, sort of. The side panels are painted steel (gray). The last top two feet is a change in panel to translucent (which allows the sun in, but you can't see in or out). NOW complimented me today when she said, "I didn't think I'd like that but it looks pretty cool." One of these days I will throw some photos up on my website (if I can find it) and I'll show ya.
Really, I'm just making it really nice because one of these days I'll end up in the dog house (and I'll use the shed instead- I was thinking of putting a wood stove in it, but probably won't because of insurance reasons).
HNY!!!

Well, I just posted to MOrtarman man. And it came to mind that someone told me that I should consider changing my sign in name as I am NOT fighting alone.
I am trying to get it right. ANd the first thign that came to mind is the 3 Furies in Greek Mythology.

quote:
The Erinyes were known as the avengers of wrong. They were perhaps the best known by their Roman name (The Furies). Their numbers varied but there were generally thought to be three furies. The three common names of them were, Alecto, Megaera, and Tisiphone. The Erinyes were very against any crimes that involved bloodshed, particularily those that involved crimes to the family.

So How does Erinyes sound? I like it but it is very non MB PC. I think I will adopt that name in my mind at the very least.

Hi FF and F-AA,
Starz, I'm really sorry about your wig. I agree with FF, a nice scarf would look really cool.
RH, you obviously missed the "skylight story" that Aussie told.

Hi everyone. F-Again, I like your name now.
I'm having a very nice evening watching a bunch of kids. They are so cute. I made pigs in a blanket and they are so impressed. Kids are so fun.
What is the thread that LINY is posting on?

Believer, we'll get in trouble for going against the TOS if we tell you.
We make pigs in blankets here as well. Sausage wrapped in bacon, right??
I don't know if you saw my reply to you on your Tsunami thread. There are 63 New Zealanders still missing.

Yeah, Nikko, it could be that he's just one of "those" sort of guys. There are plenty of them around. I just can't believe anyone can be so clueless. It just doesn't add up.

Oh I get it now.
Kiwi -
The house I'm managing belongs to a woman in Japan and her New Zealand husband. He called the other night, and it took me 15 minutes to start understanding him. I have emailed him back and forth a lot and expected him to talk regular English.
