I have a busy day today - getting ready for Vegas and still with some closedown work to do.

I hope to be on best terms with Squid before I leave tomorrow morning too - she was pretty upset last night, even though it was righteous. I don;t want her to carry a sad memory of me while I am away for 9 days...

..its a bit scary actually, this is my first long business trip since d-day. Will she REALLY keep NC ? Will she miss me for the right reasons ?

Well, its needed 'cos I'll be travelling more again this year. We have to get used to it.

OK, idiot mode !

We bought the kids a Tamagotchi cyber pet each at Christmas. When they were out playing in the pool or on the beach, Squid would take over their duties and joke ther were our grandchildren.

When Squid was busy I'd do the chores, cleaning up doody, entertaining etc.

Now the kids have lost all interest WE CAN'T LET 'EM DIE !!! :oD

They're on the third generations now. Squid texted me at work yesterday to say " the grandkids are OK ! ".

I just cleaned, fed and exercised them, and txted Squid that they're OK and she's a cr@p Grandmother !

Its so funny !

..I mean the one is 95 grams which is FAT so I have just been exercising it !

Hey Bob - All three of my girls each got a Tamagatchi for Christmas too... they played with them for about a day, then the PS2 and other toys were more important so they just let them all die off... he he he...

Hey, I know that you're a bit apprehensive about the traveling... Have you thought of leaving Squid some little love notes around the house where you know that she'll find them after your gone? You could just write some short notes to let her know how much you love her and how much you're going to miss her...
