my story only gets worse. Sunday my WW,who's been living with her son after i kicked her out 9 weeks ago, informed me she's rented an apartment and signed a 1 year lease. Decision/choice #2 that undermines our M. I had filled out all the paper work with an attorney but put off paying the retainer and then the court date because we started counselling and thought there was hope she may return after figuring out what she did to me and us. Now I feel I have no choice because of her last decision but to go forward with a least a legal seperation. Anyone know what this is and what it does? What does it protect me from? Her rent is going to be very high and I don't want to be responsible/can,t be responsible. What a ride I'm on!

Unless your name is on the lease, why is her rent your worry?
