O.k. - Yep, I've wattched all the American Idol Shows....
I say it is either going to be Paris or Elliott tonight. Paris is SOOO very talented, but is all over the place with her song choices. Sure, it shows her versatility but it is very hard to connect with what her style is.
Elliott - incredible voice, but doesn't have the "Idol" personality. He really is quite talented. I am glad he has made it this far.
I think the entire group is much more talented than previous years so it is going to be a tough competition.
My prediction for the final two? Kat and Chris. I like Taylor, but I don't think he will make it to the finals. I really like Kat. She has the entire package.

Sorry. Paris is my favorite. I called my son at college and told him to tell his dorm mates to vote for her.
I hope she doesn't leave. I thought she was GREAT last night. She sounded just like Toni Braxton. Paris sang a Prince song and then a Mary J. Blige song, not Toni Braxton. I think they are all good, but I feel the need to break it down: Elliot-has a great voice, but nothing that makes him special enough to sell millions of records. Paris-Great talent, beautiful voice for 16 years old, but to young to handle the pressure. Her Aunt might help her with that though. Chris-Great voice and presence, has his own style and genra. Knows who he wants to be and what he wants to achieve. His style his really Hot right now with the younger crowd (Like Nickle Back etc..) Taylor-Good voice, great soul, love to watch him sing and entertain. Does have a very cool style that would sell. Kathryn-Beautiful, camera loves her, talented, great voice, would do great in any genra. Such a hard decision, I like them all. I would say that it might be Paris that goes home tonight. She needs to develope herself first, then she will make it big.

Elvis...Hard act to follow
Taylor--awesome! Chris--impressive Elliot--blew away the underdog theory Kathryn--Disadvantage having to sing Elvis (being a girl)
I think they are all wonderful, but I think Kathryn is going to get the boot. Sorry, I love her, but Paula and Randy pointed out that she forgot the words and thats the kiss of death. Plus they could only comment on how nice her shoes were

I love Chris and do not find him arrogant at all. I want him to win. I love Kathryn but do not feel she did her best last night. I hope she stays because she has an amazing voice. I think Elliot did well last night although he has not been my most favorite all season. I just don't like Taylor. I know a lot of people do, but I just don't. Haven't liked him all season.
Will be interesting to see who gets voted off tonight!

Taylor's the only one I'd pay ten dollars to see in a club.
That's my test, but as a 42 year old English rock & blues music fan I'm not exactly the American Idol demographic am I ?
Not many I would have paid to see - Maybe Bo, Certainly Fantasia.

I agree with bOb--I wouldn't pay to see any of the other three. Taylor is the one who has the best "All American" mass appeal. Even though he's kinda goofy, we Americans like that kind of goof. Think about all the musicians whose nerdiness we found charming: Buddy Holly, Elvis Costello, Billy Joel, and the like. Kat's gotta go--if you are still blowing the lyrics (on an Elvis song, of all things!) you don't deserve the final three.

Well...I was a bit disappointed that noone sang my favorite Elvis song..."Kentucky Rain". I do love Suspicious Minds and In the Ghetto...so it's all good.
I was hoping that Chris or Taylor would sing it. It would have been interesting to see how they would have done with it.
Mu guess is that Kat will go tonight.

I think if whoever goes home tonight is based solely on vocal performances over the last couple of weeks, then Kathrine should go home. Sorry, K fans!
I love Chris....have since Day 1.
I really like Elliot, but I doubt he's gonna get the votes, bless his heart.
Taylor is talented and seems like a really nice guy, but I don't always enjoy his performances.
I'm amazed at the variety of people this show sucks in! Personally, I'm hooked.

I voted for Elliott
He has raised his game considerably, while Kat has leveled out, despite having such a magnificent instrument!

Kathryn--Disadvantage having to sing Elvis (being a girl) I sound great when I sing Elvis, and I'm a girl. I vote Kat to leave, or Elliot, just not feeling him, don't appreciate his style. Loved the music, I am the biggest Elvis fan ever!!!!!!

I think that Kathryn will probably be eliminated. She's been in jeopardy a couple of times already. She's my H's favorite. She does have a beautiful voice and will probably have a singing career anyway. She blew it a bit last night.
If not Kat, then I think that Elliott is next to go. Before Kat sang last night I thought Elliott would be off.
I think Chris is has the strongest chance of winning at this point.
I just don't think Taylor has what it takes to win it all. I can see him singing on a cruise ship, same with Elliott.
But then I didn't think Clay Aiken had what it takes to be successful. Ruben won, had a beautiful voice but I don't think he has done as well as Clay. Either way, I think their success will be short lived.
I think Bo Bice is doing well so far. I liked him.

I am afraid Kat will be off.....I really like her though and would rather see Elliot off. He has a good voice but is sort of flat in personality.
I think the final two will be Chris and Taylor.
Hasn't Taylor been the only one not to be in a bottom three? hmmmmmmmm very interesting.

DialIdol.com has Chris at the bottom with Katharine in third place but within the margin of error. Ergo, Chris or Katharine should be sent home to the extent of DialIdol.com's reliablity. Taylor in first with Eliot close behind him.

OMG. Didn't see that one coming (Not saying who lost, since some are on West Coast, and others are abroad).
BTW, way, way, way, off topic, we only have two TVs in the house, and both are side by side in the main room. (This allows me to watch 4 football games at a time when the NCAA season is in gear--Longhorn.) Anyway, my other TV is on Dateline, watching all the on-line perverts getting busted for looking for sex with 12-14 year old girls. Maybe if we had one of these programs regularly, like that junky show "Cheaters", we might be able to slow some of these disgusting creatures down.
