LMAO. Was watching an ANCIENT (late 1940s) American film (documentary?) on TCM yesterday called The Big Country or something. It had a whole section on Texas. IT WAS HILARIOUS. I'm sure it was Gary Cooper or someone and he said it's not like we're a different country or anything and then it showed a map of the US with TEXAS highlighted and all the other states had "the others" on them. Or something like that.
