I registered for Weight Watchers online a few months back because I'd gained a teensy bit(oh ok, I've gained quite a bit) of weight.

I guess you have to use the website to make it work. I see the payment coming out of my Visa every month. Will that work?

I think I'll get my ticker in about half an hour. We're having blueberry muffins and yummy slices for the morning tea we're holding for a new lecturer.

And please don't laugh at "morning tea". I have NO idea what the equivalent American translation is. It's when you have coffee and cakes in the morning.

Ok, you guys had best stick with this....I'm gonna be NEEDING you in five months!

My 16yo son got me the PlayStation2 Kinetic Eye Toy game for my birthday this past March. It's basically an interactive personal trainer game thingie.....and I had found out just a few days prior to my B-day that I was preggers with #5!!! No Eye Toy for me, but this silly thing is wearing my two teenagers out!

I can join a bit with you all, my silly OB has me watching my weight. I've gained 12 lbs. in almost 24 weeks of pregnancy, and he told me that's all I'm "allowed". Sheesh! Gestational diabetic diets suck, and Pep, I think I just blew my blood sugars through the roof reading about your cake breakfast! YIKES!

Kudos to all of you, sounds like you're all doing wonderfully!

Kimmy, the mcdonalds by us do not have the DVD offer!!!

I specifically went there last night for that reason.

I was outraged!!

In any case, their salads are good and the kids got a Jack Sparrow in their happy meals. And then my DH thought I needed a Jack Sparrow too so he went back for another happy meal just so i could have Jack.

Jelly "this is my first time being a loser" - you can be the loser queen now <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> good job with your food yesterday, did you go jog??

i had a good day eating wise but i didn't do any major exercise. i did walk about 2.5 miles. I brought my breakfast and lunch to work again today. For me, having my meals planned out helps tremendously. i'll be biking at some point today. weather here is still very pleasant, in comparison to what it normally is anyway <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Hey Pep, what did you have for breakfast today??? what a cake!!

Kiwij, unfortunately no, just paying for WW does not work <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
(if it did, i'ld be skinny too!!!)

TL, i certainly hope to be at my goal weight long before 5 months from now!!! I'm shooting for Sept 6, our 20th anniversary.

jelly, put your ticker in your sig line. do you know how to do that?

click on "My Home" and then edit "Personal information, email, password, etc. "

put this in the signature box:

<left bracket>url=<your url><right bracket>my ticker<left bracket>/url<right bracket>

replace all "<..>" with appropriate things...

<left bracket> ===> [
<right bracket> ===> ]
<your url> ===> what you got from factory ticker.

That ought to do it!

Kiwij - get a ticker!!!

No Pep...I didn't know...but further proof that biology does not a mommy make....

>Kimmy that recipe looks and sounds gross.

That same show had them making a dip with roasted red peppers that also looked divine. I'm starving this morning...and I have a headache...which makes for very tentative eating here.

I'm sorry they didn't have the DVDs...ebay has them for $2.99...

Happy Meal DVDs

Hey! That's cheaper than buying their farging salads....

I lost another .5 lbs! So I am down 2 lbs already. I did not exercise yesterday though. <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> I did good though. We went to Wendy's for dinner. I had a side salad and baked potato without sour cream and water. I did not even want the Dr. Pepper my H had.

Hey FL! My 20 lbs goal is for 9/8 which is our 15th wedding anniversary.

Jel, back away from the cake. Good job but the idea is to feel satisified too. I had a snack last night of yogurt with granola. It was yummy <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

kimmy, thanks for the tip, i'm not sure i really want to pay for the dvd but maybe...

Hi FF. So lets both make our goals then!!! I keep telling myself I am making my DH a anniversary present, a healthier me.

but i'm really cranky today, i hear my neg talk getting really loud in my head today. accomplishing something productive at work would really help but i'm struggling with my concentration this week. i'm taking tommorow off.

i'm afraid jelly fell into the cake.

Yesterday I did the water class in the morning and my own workout in the evening. That meant weights and almost an hour of cardio.

Today, I had a manicure and a pedicure- does that count toward fitness?

This is going to be a tough weekend to be good. DH (FWS) and I are going to Austin for 3 days. That is the home of some of my favorite places to eat.

I am taking workout clothes and shoes so I can at least do some exercise.

Tommorrow I won't have a car so I will walk to the bakery for breakfast- surely, that has to count for something <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

Dunno about fitness, but it makes me FEEL better...and that counts for a lot.

NNNNUUUMMMM...Austin.

If you do vegan, try Mothers! It's da bomb for vegetarian food!

I lived there for a long time b4 moving to SAT. My oldest was born in Austin, and that's where I met the Wookie.

I've never had a pedicure, NEVER, I've never even had a manicure. I'm such a hick, actually it has more to do with my lack of self worth than my possum eating lifestyle. <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/smirk.gif" alt="" />

FL- you take this accountability thing serious, dang. No, I didn't walk the other night. <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> I'm going for a run right now, I'm going to carry some weights too. I've been doing great eating though.

Breakfast - whole wheat toast w/ peanut butter

Lunch - chicken salad on wheat only 1/2 and a cup of potato soup, I know but I couldn't help it.

Dinner - same as lunch but a whole sandwich and a smaller bowl of soup.

snack - wheat thins and an apple

I feel great about my self control, but I am hungry, and really craving some good food. I've planned the menu for next week, I should be good for one more week. I have yet to weigh myself, I will today. We are going out to dinner this weekend, is lobster good for me???

Off to run. <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/cool.gif" alt="" />

Ok, here I am in Austin. As soon as he leaves for his meeting, I am heading to the fitness room and see what kind of a workout I can do there.

THEN, I'll walk to the bakery <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

After that, I have a facial - I love 1/2 price fridays at the beauty school.

Kyellow, you should get your nails done - makes you feel good all over. It is so cheap where I go.

I did ok on food coming down. Today will be the challenge.

Ok, I am off

ps: Dealan-de, we were thinking of going to NB tomorrow to float on the river- is that still an option? Know of any good places?

I don't "do" NB very much....except for the Waterpark and the shopping....But yeah, you can float the river...only thing is...you're gonna bump your rump in a couple of spots....It's hotter 'n a wooly booger here and the river is low (that's what they said on the 4th).

2night @11 pm will be the 10th anniversary of the beginnings of one of my most cherished labors of love. 18 hours later, Rebekah made her debut. When you're the mom, there is zero fat and calories in your kid's b-day cake, right?

Doesn't matter if there is or isn't....I figure I've earned it.

A decade old. (sigh)

Has anyone done a Build a Bear?

Back to the regularly scheduled logging in of lbs and exercise...

Did 15 min yoga, then 15 min core (situps for sadists) then 15 min of yoga again last night.

Have lost 'nother lb.

Kimmy

Yes, my boys loved it. NOT!!! We have never done it, however my boys caught 19 frogs yesterday.

I want a girl. Actually I kept two of the daycare girls over night last night. I love having girls in the house.

We are going to the beach today, just an area one. The kids are excited,it's going to be close to 90 today.

This will be my last time prolly, logging in, I plan to golf tonight, and tomorrow I'm hoping to get the group to take a stroll through the park after dinner, and on Sunday hopefully a bike ride or maybe racquet ball.

MF - hee hee, I would rather get my pigs done, I have nice nails, I'm okay with never getting them done, actually I've only gotten my brows waxed twice, that is something I wish I would do more often. <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> Sigh, woe is me. <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif" alt="" />

Have a great weight gain free weekend everybody. I've only lost a pound, back in the day, eating like this would have been 5 pounds gone guarnteed. UGH - I hate being 29. <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/smirk.gif" alt="" />

Happy birthday Bekah. Brayden will be 10 in October. Much too fast does the time go.
