CRAP!!!!!!!!!! I need help.

Ok, so H sent me an email last week basically telling me his feelings haven't changed and won't change that the he want's me to "start figuring out what I would like out of the house." He won't use the D word in front of me because he doesn't want to hurt me. But, how do NOT hurt someone when you tell them that! I want this M to work SOOOOOOOOOO bad, but I can not control my H.

Anyway, I decided that I needed to talk with a lawyer and figure out what and the world I'm supposed to do now!! Because at this point in time I'm clue-less!! Well, I talked to the guy I'd like to use and he said that since H is living in a different county he could file there after living there for 90 days. Lawyer said if he had to go to other county to go to trail that I couldn't afford him!! He suggest that I go ahead and file. He said I don't have to do anything with it, but at least we will have jurisdiction. SHOULD I GO AHEAD AND FILE!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? Because I think the lawyer that he is thinking about using is in the other county. If he does decide to file then he would need to use my lawyer if he wanted to use just one.

<img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/teary.gif" alt="" />I don't want to do all of this. I just want my H to realize that I am changing for GOOD and that we can have the intimate and loving M that we both want!! [/teary]

Words of Faith from Abbie
