if he is responsible for all of the children's medical than he should pay the deductible in full. does you decree say anything about you being responsible for any medical at all, say a certain percentage? if you are responsible for a certain percentage than i would say just pay that percentage of the deductible.

I guess what I could do, is total everything I've paid thus far, in co-pays and so forth, and ask him to pay half...

What we've paid thus far for when she was in the hospital was around $100, but those bill's for what the insurances haven't covered aren't all in yet, and add all the co-pays that we've paid for her doctors visits thus far, and ask that he pay half of all of those...see if he's willing to part w/ more than the $100 deductable his insurance requires for the prescription...
