I have posted here before, and this is more an update than anything. I have heard from several former co-workers that my wife and her OM have been making out. She even admitted to kissing him twice, I belive that to be true, but I think that it has been more than twice. One of my informants is my brother. Then to top it off, I saw her car at his house at 6:30 AM. If she has kept the same sleeping schedule that I remember, that would mean she slept over. She usually dosent wake up untill 8 or 9 AM.

Aside from that, I cant confront her or I will go to jail. Been there 3 times already because of my stupidity....

My parents have totally disowned her. She took vistiation away in an ammendment to a restraning order saying I did nothing to see the children, which is totally wrong. She also said I was disorderly with her case worker through CANADA. Its a place for "abused" women. I have never physically harmed her, but she belives that she can convince everyone in the legal system that I am going to try to hurt her. Its the last thing on my mind, even with all that she has done.

Any ideas about exposing her A? I wonder what would happen if her boss found out that his and her PDA's (public display of affection) were happening while they were on the clock. I just want this to end so I can try to get my family back. I know she dosent trust me, but I think that if she would go to MC for just one or two sessions, she may see what damage she is doing to the children.

Besides, it wont look good on her in court if she is already in a relationship before papers have even been filed. <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/eek.gif" alt="" />

You should set up a meeting with HR, prepare a letter stating all that you know (especially making out on the clock), and any evidence of a PA, and expose her to work. Maybe one of them could get fired which would be the best thing that could happend for you. You definitely NEED to expose to her work.

Looks like I need to talk to my brother, and find out who has seen thier dirty deeds. She told me that she may be looking for another job if they dont meet her scheduling needs. I dont think it will work for her, because she dosent plan far enough ahead to get the time off that she needs.
