Lawyer of WW used MB posts as part of depositions for court and earned custody because of it....
Can you direct me to some of the legal stuff around this?
2Long says it isn't legal.

I think its considered hearsay, I can't believe your lawyer allowed it in, I my case I couldn't enter any evidence of what someone else said or wrote without them in the court to explain what they said or ment.
I think you have grounds for appeal

They also used things I said... dialogues mostly between me and others.. where they would suggest somethings and then I'd respond that I would try... etc... (was painted as manipulative in the temp hearing)

Same with me, nothing was admissible without signatures and notarization.

Seriously, send an email 2 the mods, or SH, if you can.
They may have a firm position on this sort of thing as a matter of course.
I doubt this is the first (or even the 2nd) time that something like this has come up.
