Anyone with experience or thoughts on the Homestudy courses?

I just came over from the EN boards.

I am interested in the HN/HN and LB home study courses.

No infidelity, but we are having problems. My wife has refused most everything, and these would not necessarily be for her, but for me. If she should choose to use them, then so much the better.

I ordered both, but wanted to know what you guys thought about them, and whether you have actually used them before. I have already read the books a while back, and work on implementation. I thought that before I was done, I would try one more thing, in hopes that if nothing else, I would be better for it.

We used them and found them helpful. The nice thing is that they are private, and a counseling-resistant spouse can save face that way. And they are even handed in talking to both the person who wants something and the person who may not understand the importance of what the person wants. And the wanting is usually on both sides.

Give it a try, but try try try to get her to at least listen with you.
