Hi,

I have been lurking for a while doing a lot of reading. I cannot find the link to the Spying 101 thread, so I decided to post my question here. I suspect that H is cheating again!! All the classic signs, but of course he is denying. I am tired of playing games with him. He refuses to bring his cell phone in the house, and will not answer it when he is with me. <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> He has his own phone plan with Sprint. I am not on the plan, so I cannot call and ask for a duplicate bill. Is there any other way that I can get a copy? I just want to slam it in his face, so that I can be done with him once and for all!! Thanks.

Hello:

I am new here as well, but here is something to try that I have done. I have been monitoring my wife's cellphone myself. It is with cingular, however. If you go to the website account, different companies will have a default login like this: phone # password default is the last four digits. Thats how Cingular is. BE FOREWARNED. Before you play with this method, have the phone handy to delete the automatic password and account creation message that gets sent to the phone!!! You could also call the provider and ask how you can set up your online account, but accidentally tell them you don't have the phone with you. They may tell you how easy it is to set it up using whatever that companies' default method- or have it reset or something.

If they already have the online thing setup, you may be out of luck. Or, If you never get access to the phone you could still do this, but it may be a one time shot for you once the IM password/account creation message is sent.

Good Luck

No, I do not have access to the phone and I am sure he has already set up the online account because we do not get a paper bill at the house.

If it's an online account already setup, get a keylogger on your home PC so that he gives it to you.

It looks like you may have to rely on a voice activated recorder? Do you have access to car keys? If not, you are in my same situation and all I can say is the lack of phone, and hidden car keys, plus other red flags, plus the fact that your "gut feeling" is making you try to discover in the first place should be an obvious sign. Maybe some of the Veterans will chime in. I would maybe repost this in the general questions II area as there is a huge difference in traffic there. I tried to help, but it looks like you need a little more advanced assistance. Good Luck!

I am dealing with a very slick individual. He will only use "his" laptop, which has a logon password. He no longer uses our desktop computer. I guess I already know the answer, but would like some hard proof.

I would definitely recommend the keylogger. They are completely invisable and can be set up to actually take screenshots every time he clicks the mouse button. It won't work if he pays his bills and does his web surfing while at work, but if he uses the home computer, it could get you a heck of a lot more info than just his sprint password. You could see emails that he writes, websites that he visits, etc...

Not letting you see his phone and not answering calls in front of you is a HUGE red flag. That was actually the first thing that clued me into my wife's affair.

Do you have time to follow him or hire a private investigator?

Post your situation in general questions II, and you will get an abundance of advice and help quicker.
