Keep exercising.
Exercise naturally kills depression.
And avoid alcohol. It Is a natural depressant.

I am in good shape, thank you JK. Nothing much has changed, except I am diving in life more and more. I never took ADs after all. My daughter is starting primary school! I do a lot of things with her, and quite a lot for myself too. Not dating yet, although there is offer lol. Quite calm these days. Not in a tight plan B, so about once a month I am triggered from smt stupid he does. But not always. Sometimes I just ignore it. Life goes on and it seems good!
