My wife and I have been working on getting our UA hours up since the kids have arrived. It is no small feat! Currently going through His Needs, Her Needs for Parents.
I've done some career moves to enable me to increase my income and work from home. We're planning on my wife coming home from full time work next spring, just taking care of some debt with the extra income over the next 12 months. We always have more UA time during the summer when she's off (she's a teacher) so this should help a lot.
We've also been reaching out to friends in our church and family to try and find babysitters we can lean on. That's helped a bit.

Happily remarried to wonderful woman who I found using the guidelines in "Buyers, Renters, Freeloaders" 2 baby boys, working on #3 and couldn't ask for anything more.
