first time i have writen a poen since we had to do it in school. wasnt very good at it then and probably still am not.
I KNOW WHY
I try not to think
I feel that I am loosing my mind
My heart starts to sink
I know there is a message to find
What could it be
Something to learn
Something to see
Something I need to earn
Still I search deep
Looking in my soul
Negative thoughts start to creep
In my chest there is an empty hole
Then the sun comes out
The morning dew flickers in the light
I realize no more time to pout
Good things start to come into sight
I think of the love we had
The great times we did share
Some were sad
Some didn't seem fair
I now know why
All I can do is try
