My W and I have been separated since May (following my A). I have turned heavily to my faith and believe that we can still work this out, but we cannot do it alone. God is and has been there for us we just have not allowed him into our lives. My W is convinced we are finished and all is hopeless. Although my family continues to reach out to her, she is convinced she is disliked and unwelcomed. God has given us some very special, peaceful moments to share since our separation...allowing us to share the persons we once knew, but I believe he has also allowed us to be angry with each other. Maybe it's his way of saying this will not be easy, but you are not alone...and I am here for both of you. In all this turmoil I keep turning to Romans 14 to give me strength when I feel like lashing out and to date it is working. That and alot of prayers.
I guess my prayer request is this...that God will continue to guide me and give me strength in these difficult times. That he will stay close to my W, opening her eyes and her heart to the love that comes from Him and his Son.
Peace & Love
Todd
