I have just started the book, "The Power of a Praying Wife." It seems, like many of the books that I have read lately, that this book was written just for me! Stormie's words are very powerful ... they hit me right between the eyes! I highly recommend this book to all the women on this board.

I just bought "Power of a Praying Husband" last week and I can hardly wait to start it. However, I am in the last few chapters of "The Purpose Driven Life" so I need to be patient as I don't want to have more irons on the fire than I can handle. As I mentioned in another posting, I have a tendancy to start many books, programs, etc and seen very few to completion. I need to be faithful and finish this one, and not let the devil win again.

I've been wanting to read that book but I don't have the $ to get it. I heard it's very powerful for women though. Makes you think real hard.

I too read this book and refer back to it very often. I also purchased my husband power of a praying husband. I bought it for Valentines day and he has not finished it yet. That should tell you something about him. Marriage on the rocks. Please pray for me!

My prayers go out to you, butterflie. Lord, please watch over butterflie & her marriage. Please show your glory through this situation & protect & nurture your hurt child. Please comfort her, heal her, give her peace in this trial only you can give. We look to you & do not stop worshiping you during this time of tribulation. Rebuke & bind Satan in the name & the blood of Jesus Christ. Loose her husband from his grasp & restore to him the "wife of his youth" just as you did for Hosea and his wife. We thank you for answering this prayer & showing your glory, Amen and Amen.
