I have been doing my best to meet my WW's ENs. I asked her if she feels loved and she said that she did, but that she didn't want to. How can I love someone who really doesn't want to be loved right now? Am I just trying to hard? I was very apathetic before the A and I don't want to fall back into that attitude, but what I'm doing now is not working either. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Frown]" src="images/icons/frown.gif" />

Maybe she is still dealing with herself, sounds like it.
Continue your love, it is meeting her needs, if it provides comfort to her . . . and I suspect it does.

I haven't gotten to the reconciliatin stage but I imagine it is not something that a WS gets over very quickly.
Hard to tell which way to go with this. If ya'll don't talk much, then maybe you need to broach the subject of why she feels the way she does . . . focusing just on her feelings and attempting to not address you.
Even though we are not reconciling presently some of my best conversations and insightful ones happen when we discuss "why" questions with WH.
Why do you think you get this feeling, when this happens? Why do you feel this way?

I don't know, we are all so different, this might not work for you. But don't give up. I suspect she is just in a stage where she needs to feel she deserves your love.
