Heard you posted an APB on me so I thought it the POLITE thing to respond!<P>Thanks for the concern. I've rounded a bin and am feeling better. I've stopped visiting the MB board ... I re-live too much pain and guilt every time I read of the lives that adultery devastates. My root problem seems to be the guilt I carry.<P>My H is a rock. Continues to tell me with a smile on his face, "I'm here for the good and the bad." I think the decision to leave the board at least for now is a good one. <P>I UNDERSTAND the guilt - it nearly wrecked my marriage a 2nd time - and I won't mince words - it takes a looong time to process through it. But I can also tell you it *will* happen. <P>A word from the wise (well, at least the "been there done that" ) - if you find yourself still unable to participate in your marriage with any kind of joy after some time has passed, I think it's the guilt talking - it is not loud or obvious, but it is insidious! It took me too long to figure it out, but I hope with fore-knowledge you have better luck. So *go after it* if it continues to sabotage your marriage.
