I have read Harley's Q & A discussing reasons that some women encounter pain during intercourse. I was wondering if too large a penis can cause pain during intercourse? I feel like I might be "too big" for my wife. Can this be a reason for pain during intercourse, and if so then what the heck can I do about it?

frank, <p>It may not be so much that you are too big but that your wife is too little. If she is experiencing pain during intercourse then she should dicuss this with her doctor. There may not be anything you can do but there are different things she can do. Some women have had to have surgery to correct it but in the end it is worth it. Your wife should see her doctor as soon as possible and be totally honest with him about what she feels and I'm sure he will be able to help her.
