I find his information/test to be better in that you can't "cheat" the test....you can't answer the way you WANT to be or think you SHOULD be. The questions are sorted randomly and don't seem to have much to do with the (4) factors, but in the end, you get a great result.<p>Give it a try.<p>Aloha,
