After my D was final back in Nov.01 I have been working on the after paperwork, paperwork. Like I refinanced my house, filled out the Child Support papers, etc.
Well, when the X realized I refinanced the house, that she was off the note, that it was MY HOUSE. She figured it was time for her to rent a house..
If you remember last week or so ago I told a story of the neighbors dog running out and biting both of them. She is now renting this house.
I finally got to see the place this last weekend. Holy Moly, it is a dump. If this house rents for this much, I could rent my house for double what I pay to own... The Windows are painted shut, the roof sags in the middle and raised to high on both sides, is falling to the right off the peer and beem foundation, the gas dept. wouldn't light the water heater for some dangerous reason, its not in the safest area of town, basiclly the thing is a dump.
I did a walk through and kept the grand majority of my comments to myself as I see that the Xw is happy with herself.
I going to get them a big loyal people eater dog.
I'm concerned for my 10Yo daughter who thinks this is great.
The good thing is I GOT TO GET SOME OF HER CR@P OUT MY HOUSE.. Excellent.. I get my 4th bedroom back..
WaaaaaaaaHHHOOOOoooooo!!!! ;-)
Tex.
[ March 18, 2002: Message edited by: AgoodManInTexas ]

Hey there my big Texas poo poo.
Happy you are moving along. Sounds like you are doing ok with things.
Maybe you could help your daughter fix up her room nice. Even if she has to live in a dump, her room could be nice. I've been watching that Trading Spaces show on TLC lately and am so into cheap ways to make space cool.
We only have a 2 bedroom cottage and Chris has been complaining about sharing with his little sister, so I fixed up my room and moved her in with me. I also made his room a pokemon/sponge bob boys delight.
Elizabeth
