Please add me to the prayers, it's my birthday on Dec 20th and that would be the 4th sad and lonely day, this time even without my YD who is now living with exH and his new family. She will come on Sat.
I know I should be used to that fact till now, but I am not.
My greatist wish is to disappear somewhere where noone can find me after my job. I am sick of bacink cakes for friends and parents. And to be worst his first wedding anniversary with OW is on Dec 22nd!!!
Please pray for me to stay calm, to accept the reality of life.
And, if possible, a little prayer for one man (just a close friend, with, to say the truth, some hopes from my side) to phone me. He was on sea for 9 months and I've been informed from his brother that he came back yesterday but stil doesn't call. During these months we were in contact and I imagined we would be together when he came. I am so sad that he didn't call. I had to go thru cancer surgery alone (my ex doesn't care), I have to go thru these holidays alone, and with uncertain future (illness) I have no more strength to go forward, i simply think to finish with the story.

I just read through this thread completely, I will be praying for all of you, my heart goes out to the broken hearted, may God heal those hearts, and of course may He restore the WS to the men and women of God that He wants them to be, not to mention ourselves. May He draw each one of us to Himself and find His peace and His grace through these times.

Stillwaiting, I admire your strength and courage to trust God. Praying he gives you His Peace this week.

There are a couple of other requests out there from sj2 and knewjie at the beginning of todays posts we shouldn't forget about.

Now, I've got my own request. Please pray for Mrs. S&C. Work is becoming over welming for her. As a project she and OM work together on is being scrutinized. He's the point man and she does most of the work. It's really major and she's really concerned about it. She left for work this morning in tears. I'm concerned that if she isn't able to hold it together today, that I won't be there and OM will be the one to comfort her.

But, cajunky, this week's prayer is about trust right? Me trusting her, her trusting me... And always trusting God. So I will. But prayers will never hurt huh?
