OH MY GOSH!! I am in the same boat. I want to try and rebuild....he does not. The way my pastor explained it is that my marriage is DEAD. But it can be reborn with Gods help but only if both partners are willing to put forth the effort.
My husband does not want to do that. He simply states that he does not want to be married anymore.
As hard of a pill as it is to swallow and as deperately as I want to make it work..I am trying to accept this. I am looking at it as if the man I married is no more....I love th man I married but not this stranger. With this in mind I am ready to start a life anew.
