My exH can only see the kids if he has supervised visits. I know he's aware of that. So just now he sends our daughter an email saying "i'm off work today, if you can be released from your mother long enough to spend some time with me".

What's up with that?

Anna

Are your kids aware that their visits with their father are supposed to be supervised?

Why don't you have your daughter respond to his e-mai and ask him who is going to be supervising the visit?

Peace.

Sounds like he is encephalon impaired.
Maybe he doesn't understand the concept of *supervised visits*.

Maybe he thinks he's supposed to be the supervisor of the visits.
All joking aside, Anna, (cause I know this is not funny for you) I would respond EACH and EVERY time with two words and two words only.
*Supervised.....visits*.

That's the only response required.
Unless you make it four words.
*court...ordered...supervised....visits*.

What a jerk.
Good luck!

hmmmm......I think he's trying to provoke me. He just sent me an email about a money issue that restated what we'd already decided. Since the email a few weeks ago where he was very verbally abusive, I have maintained no contact with him... not a legal thing, just decided not to respond.

I bet he misses me. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Razz]" src="images/icons/tongue.gif" />
