Dear, dear Leelee,

So glad to see you posting today! You have no idea how many times I have thought about you and that gorgeous baby boy of yours and wondered how you are doing.

Catnip has certainly gotten us all on the edge of our seat, wondering what your surprising story could be. So, please don't wait too long to send us an update.

I posted an update about ten days ago, so you can see what I have been up to.

So good to hear from you. Can't wait to catch up.

love,
heavenly

Hi Heavenly,
I did read your update and I am so happy you have found peace. You seem content and at peace and am sincerely happy for you. I have been busy finishing up my masters and starting my new teaching career. I am a first grade teacher and I LOVE IT! September 11 had a real impact in my house and I can honestly say that is when real healing started in my house. We both looked at what mattered and began to move forward. We decided to get married and have a baby. We decided on a small wedding in Puerto Rico with about 20 people in February of 2003.

In the meantime I found out I was having some fertility issues that really frightened me. Most women take their fertility for granted, I know I did, I already had a child..I can get pregnant! This went on for about 11 months and in the meantime we were planning our wedding and really rebuilding our foundation. In October 2002 I found out I was pregnant...with triplets! I am so grateful that God decided to bless me so abundantly. It is amazing how you can look back and see your lessons so clearly. I understand why we went through these fertility issues. Children was such a touchy subject with us of course and God wanted us to work on these children together. The shots, the appointments, the fears...we did it together and here I am in a healthy relationship blessed with the upcoming arrival of 3 gifts direct from God. So Heavenly that has been my life in a nutshell. I would appreciate your prayers for my babies and their healthy arrival. They aren't due for another 5 months so I am definitely taking it day by day. Continued blessings and I am still lighting those candles!

Love and hugs
Leelee

Oh Leelee,

I am sooooo happy for you! Triplets! That is so wonderful. And teaching first grade ... You have just the right personality. On MB you were always so patient and kind and your faith is enormous.

Funny you should mention how fertility is taken for granted. I remember when I went through infertility treatments, it seemed like everyone in the world was getting pregnant without even trying. (including the ex-OW )

But, I know what you mean about the infertility treatments. The struggle itself helps to bind the H and W together. And, when we got the news that the treatments were successful, we celebrated for weeks!

You will make such a beautiful bride. A wedding in Puerto Rico sounds wonderful, but I hope you will be careful about travelling in February, so close to the end of your pregnancy. Please make sure you check with your doctor and heed his or her advice on this. We want to make sure that those three baby Leelees are delivered safe and sound.

I will definitely light a candle for you. I cannot pass St. Pat's without thinking of you. You will definitely be in my prayers on a daily basis.

I know you only lurk occasionally, but please tell us when your babies are born. Triplets. That is so exciting and it could not have happened to a more deserving person.

May God bless you and the three little Leelees.
love,
heavenly

Heavenly,
Thank you so much for your kind words, they mean alot and your prayers even more.

No wedding in Puerto Rico..dr. said no-no so we will go down to city hall after Christmas and make it official. I was a little disappointed but God has bigger plans for me with these three bambinos. I will definitely keep you updated and once they are born and are home safe and sound I will send a picture to Catnip so she can forward it to you.

Continued blessings my dear friend.
Lena

It's been so long. What a wonderful update! I still remember the beautiful picture I saw on happygirl's site of you and your little boy--so lovely.

Triplets!! WOW!! What incredible blessings.

Prayers for your continued recovery and babies' health,

I think it was unanimous that LeeLee was the most beautiful woman on our site. Can you imagine the gorgeous children?

Anyway, Puerto Rico has big centipedes, Lee Lee. Go to City Hall...wish I could be there and be your bridesmaid. Hey! If this thing tomorrow doesn't fly for us (due to jurisdiction), cdcollins is going to file for us in NY...maybe I can throw some rice after all...

So, just out of curiosity...does it feel like puppies moving atound in there? Or kittens? hahaha

I am so glad you are back with us! This is great.

Love and prayers (we've been praying a lot around here lately...if you lit any candles for all the issues this week, St. Pat's would have to take out hazard insurance)

Catnip =^^=

Stop making me blush Catnip! I am just beginning to feel movement so I will feel a little something on my left and then a little something on my right. Pretty soon those "little somethings" will leave me black and blue! You being at City Hall would be perfect! As always thanks for the cheers and sincere wishes...they have kept me going many a time.

Jenny thank you so much for your well wishes and prayers. I wish the same for you and your marriage. I read your posts and I know how disappointed you must feel but Jenny unfortunately the work never stops and I truly believe all will be okay. I don't doubt it for a second. I will light a candle asking God to guide your husband and put the marriage back on the remarkable road of recovery it was on.
Happy girl...I am happy to hear that your name really does fit you these days! A strong marriage, a beautiful daughter. You are truly blessed! Thank you for the kind regards!

Thanks a million you guys and though I won't post as much as I would like I would definitely keep in touch with you guys to let you know how we are progressing. My candlighting is a sure thing so always know that somewhere in NY, a candle is being lit just for you.

Love you guys,
Leelee

LeeLee,

So good to see you posting. I too often wondered where our resident candle lighter was. I remember a candle or two you lit for me.

And I'd like to add for anyone reading ... it did work.

I too am on a solid road to recovery. In fact our DNA came back negative and that was the icing on the cake.

In fact, you can read all about it and see how we "celebrated" as a board family:

http://www.marriagebuilders.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=35;t=002819;p=1

I often go back and read this thread to relive that awesome day.

anyways, it's great to see you and hope you'll pop in from time to time and check on us.

Z.

Oh Leelee,
thank you for the candle!! I'm touched!

H and I are emailing fast and furiously these days, not getting much sleep. But I'm hopeful.

I mean, don't you think the survivers of this site have to be the most stubborn people on the planet to keep plugging along on their marriages?! God bless us all!

Triplets, what a concept!
