Just a thought ...
If you are sending a money order (Catnip's idea was wonderful, you can send it blank and Twiisty can fill in the rest), if it is possible, I would suggest that you send postal money orders.
We are all from different states and it becomes difficult sometimes getting money orders cashed from all of the country. However, a postal money order can be cashed at any post office in the country.
Just a thought.
