I can forgive my ex for his affair, but I can't seem to forgive his not coming back. Has anyone else had this problem and what are the steps to getting past it? Its been almost three yrs since divorce, and I seem to be stuck. I've read all the articles on forgivenss, etc. Does it just take time? We were married 28 yrs if that makes a difference..

What exactly are you having problems with? That he's moved on? That he's not sorry? That he didn't remain true to you? The lies. I think the reason why has a lot to do with the solution.
