I woke up an hour ago and played Santa. Have put my youngest back to bed twice already (it's 5:30am!LOL). <P>I have dreaded this morning like no other...but I feel such peace. It's dark our, my kids are snoozing (I hope), Santa has been here and done his work, it's going to be ok.<P>We will miss Steve, there will be a few tears, the moment he comes to take them for the night will be hard, but I think it's going to be ok. I am lucky, I get to be here with them on Christmas morning. I get to be the one they will be wanting to get home to tomorrow. I, unlike Steve, will get to wake up in the same house as my children and make coffee, and sit down and open presents. Thank God that I wasn't the one that felt like I had to leave...it's got to be torture.<P>I hope you can all find some peace today too. We didnt ask for where we are, but we are going to be ok.<P>allison
