Thought it was a great book. It is not necessarily a rebuild book; however, the workbook is definitely for rebuild. I recommend this book in "Recovery", especially for the first book for the WS. Only because the survival books are written so much for the BS.
There is a little religion thrown in, but the author states up front that he is staying away from the religious aspects as much as possible.
The book is neutral and informative. I personally hold this one in high regard.

thanks for the feedback, maybe it would be a good one for my spouse... but I do not know if he will read it... right now his focus in life.. is finding a new job.... not our marriage.. he says.. thanks!
BTW, the book says I should causually mention to him , ws, that I have been reading a book that is really helping me feel better and do better, and if he sees changes in me then maybe it will peak my interest.
H

I don't want to start a gender war here, but I read so many posts that men don't want to read. That has been a very sore subject with me. When our M is falling apart, don't you grab ahold of every tool possible? Well, I shouldn't look a gift horse in the mouth, because we are doing so well. But it still is a UGH with me.
I know that when an WS is in withdrawal or the fog, they are more prone to refuse to read too. This scenerio is more understandable.
Well, I vented and now I'm done.
