Our 25 year old (On July 15th) has been suffering from Migrain head aches of late & she is having her fourth one in the last 10 days or so. These seem to be triggered to some extent by the stress of her job. She has had them off & on for the past 6 years or so -- many times around her cycle. She helps to organize a program for mentally ill, deaf people. She has an important meeting today at 2:30 and so therefore can’t stay at home.
Her mom, my DW, has suffered from Migraines for 18 years, --hormonal, associated with premenstrual.
Our daughter is generally a fit person, but has had some significant health issues. She has scoliosus and had the rods put in (along her spine & bone graphs to keep spine from curving any more) when she was 14. She been athletic and active. She goes to Yogo class once a week. Walks her dog a lot & camps & hikes. She has had menstrual irregularities & has taken birth control pills to control that. She was diagnosed with Fybro Algeria (sp?) last year, as she has sometimes severe aching of joints and muscles, even with very little physical exertion. She has had catscan & MRI’s & sees a neurologists. She also suffers from allergies and we believe some of this may trigger the head aches – some has caffeine for example. She has been proactive with primary care physician and all.<p>Just appreciate a word of prayer for her.
Thanks,
HH
