That's the figure I came up with for how many times I've thought about my H's transgressions and the state of our marriage over the past 2 1/2 years.
What a big waste of my time!

Free2Bme:
I guess I should consider myself fortunate, in that I've only thought about my W's As ONCE since D-day, this past January. Trouble is, that once has been continuously, with no break. I can't wait for the first moment when I actually DON'T think about it, even if it's only for a few minutes at a go.

Free,
I understand ( although I think you're number is a little low). It's difficult not to dwell on it, because it becomes like your new world. I hope that one day you can think about how nice and peaceful it is to sit outside on a sunny summer day, and feel the love, I'm sure you've given, all around you again. As a matter of fact I wish that for all of us BS's. Just a weird thought, but every time I write that term (BS) I think how much more appropriate it is for the WS, because they are the ones full of BS. Take care of yourself, and try to think about something good in your life, even if it is just that sunny summer day.

True - I've thought about it continuously, but I was giving myself a break for when I'm sleeping. I am sleeping great through the night for most of this with the exception of a few nightmares.
My figure is based on if I think of the A 1 time every 5 minutes for 12 hours a day.
Yeah - I guess it was pretty low. I was just trying to put the reality on paper. I told my WH and he said he was very shocked and didn't realize how much I thought about it. DUH!
I bet he has thought about our marriage about 10 times (which equates to each new dday). Busted, buddy!
