WH is getting laid off . 7/8 is his last day. I am now the working spouse. Still not makeing my full potential(need to build up clientele). He claimed he has D papers(said this in anger). Just in case, would it be better for me to file before he gets laid off or should I wait until he gets a new job?<p>My lawyer is taking waaay to long to call me back. Need Advise now.<p>Orchid, saw my Dr. today. Hes taking me off my meds. And all of my med records look good. Shows depression was only due to postpartum depression and the Affair(but that was only at one session, towards the end). Also shows im working (working with people to HELP OTHERS), he said I was taking good care of myself physcialy, and I am there for the kids 24/7. Looking good! So WH cant say Im an unfit mother.<p>To fill in others, WH is now grasping for anything to make me look bad because he wants his way with his son. Sorry buddy, aint happening. This was during the drama we had this past weekend with the police. I got to leave w/baby because of WH behavior. So he was trying to find any reason he could to keep the baby w/him.
