Hi. I couldn't stay away from the board. I'm missing WH but the kids are having a great time. I'm glad I did this..WH has called a couple of times to say hi-that's it. Probably wanted to just talk to the kids. The good news? I haven't called him once! Can you believe it?
LHS-Thanks for post. My heart wants to be believe that there has been a subtle change in WH lately but I don't really think so..He truly just wants to be friends. He doesn't see me in the "dating sense." It hurts. It sounds like things have been challenging for you. I'm glad your neighbor gave you some postive reinforcement.

Sounds like this vacation was exactly what you needed. Great to hear that you are having a good time. Amazing what a little diversion will do to your attitude, sometimes all we need is to get away for a little while. Keep enjoying yourself, you'll have a whole new perspective on things when you get back. Don't worry about WH, don't try and read anything into his actions, don't try and second guess where the M is headed. Just enjoy yourself and those precious kids.<p>And no, no one can stay from the MB boards. I guess we are all guilty of having an addiction as well! But, rather have a constructive one than a destructive one.<p>Yes, I guess right now I am 'marriageally challenged', but I'm not letting it get me down too much. In a way, I kinda expected this to happen so I was a bit prepared for it, still isn't much fun. But hey, maybe I'll take a vacation myself, been thinking of taking the kids somewhere for a few days, maybe the sand dunes or four-corners area, somewhere not too far but far enough away.

Hi. Feeling down. I am WH's parent's for two nights for part of vacation. His parents haven't mentioned anything. It's hard being here. It's hard to accept things are over when it all seems the same here. WH has only called three times since we left (7 days). I wonder what he is doing...I know it is silly but I had a fantasy that he called me and said he missed me and wanted to talk when I get home. Instead, I am going home convinced that I need to move on with all aspects of my life. I hate this.
It's hard to concentrate on fun. Tomorrow should be better as I am going to spend it with a lifelong friend at her boat (no kids). Looking forward to it.
I want my husband back.
