I am so oo excited... I have been on an old diet forever which isnt working.. (I think I am majorly bored with it)- and I met a friend at the gym who is using weight watchers...who sd you can eat whatever you want! Well that idea turned me on! Anyway... I even gained almost 10 pounds lately- major frown... and I have been sad about it, and depressed.. esp. since I have upped the exercise... i know it could be a little muscle... but really! I have also indulged on the sweets since I have been good for so long...

Anyway.. this has been a big challenge for me... I am still size 8- but really want to lose a lot to be the old skinny me... Hoping I will see that in a few months.

MOST OF ALL... I have another new FOCUS ON ME>.. this is something I want... not just for WS... but he will love it! I am sad that my weight means SOOOOO MUCH To him... but I am going to watch it for me mostly and a little for him..

Did you tell Jenn you were a size 8?! I just wonder if he is going to change his wants/needs as you achieve each goal

I'm glad you are doing it for you, he is CRAZY!!!! you do NOT NEED to lose weight!!!

thanks luvnprotect... I really do need alittle off... I know , I know... but I used to look so much better... guess what miss ow.. did not even eat?! !!!!

Anyway... I want it too, and did before he even mentioned it... but I know he has made my self image go down...

today on ww online... I found something neat about WHAT TO Do when someone says something mean to you.... (or something like that)- anyway... I printed it out.. need to keep it handy for reference in my situation.

I do know at times... I actually ate a cookie... when I hurt... etc... emotional eating... I'll hurt me, since you hurt me logic? Anyway.... hugs , you are a real sweetheart... I hide it well!

Honey, good for you. I'm working more at losing now too, beach vacation in Sept--this SHOULD be enough time to lose the next 10 lbs. Gym 3X a week, lifting weights, elliptical glider, stairmaster. My 14 year old daughter goes with me and it doubles the reason to go, oh that accountability in yet another form.

I hate to watch what I eat, but I'm trying...a little . Exercise is easier for me.

I was thinking as I read your post, your H wants you to lose weight, but, recalling his pic, isn't he...a bit puffy himself? Too bad it would be an LB to ask him what he weighed when you got married . My H weighs probably 25-30 lbs more, but he was on the thin side, now he looks good. I've only gained 10, sometimes 15 lbs, but it looks like more.

Maybe I should go walk

Weight watchers is a great program. You can even eat fast food. I have the dining out companion. The truth about diets is that everything is all about calories. WW makes all of this easy with points. I recommend going to the class every week. It is a must to help keep the pressure on and have rewards at the same time.

Good luck. It is a good thing to do this for you.

Honey-

Good luck to you! I follwed WW and lost 25 lbs (that was before the infidelity diet started). It is a wonderful program and what I liked about it was that is was real food that the entire family can eat. I used to refer to it as "dieting for dummies" with the point system. Anyway, good luck and I think a size eight is thin enough!!!

Congrats Honey!

Weight Watchers Online is a great, easy way to loose weight without all the scheduling hassle and fear of being weighed in front of someone....

I joined in September 2001 and as of May I lost 106 lbs. Unfortunatly multiple ddays have jumped in the way and I gained some back through emotional eating - but as of tommorow - I start over.

I love the fact that I was a 48 inch waist at 268 lbs and now I'm a 34 at about 170!

I'll be happy once I hit a 32 inch waist or about 150
