Jonam, you can tell if he has Starr spyware on the computer by going to 'start' then to 'run' and typing in starrcmd. If anything comes up, then has Starr on the computer. There are others I am not familar with.

Update:
H DID put a spy program on my computer! I am livid. But I can't let him know that I know. A friend sent me an e-mail about my situation which I think he intercepted. Why would he do this? Now he's acting distant and has not been on the phone late at night. I think he's put his EMA on hold until things cool down. What next? Do I enlist a Private Investigator? Has anyone done this? What kind of fees are involved? How long before you get results back?
