"Confusion will be my epitath" Something for everyone in fear of the calm b/4 the storm. Need help and referall on links and/or reading material about handling the hundrum in life. Wife is definitly drama driven and therapist recommended Full Catastrophe Living by Jon Kabot Zinn. Ph.D. Too text book and as with most Ph.D stuff like this it tells you what it is, but they don't know how it feels. No repore.
Today is third week in marriage therapy and use of MB. This place has more "tools" available than a Sears Catalog and I'd love to hear more on the other posts we've made. Thanks.
And...where can I find insight into all the abbreviations everyone is using? My mind keeps going HUH???
