First off, a big cyper hug (((hug))) for you. YOu have definitely came to right place.
My first reaction to my WH (Wayward Husband)'s affair was Anger, followed by depression, anger, depression. This is natural.
I'm going to probe a little further if you don't mind to get a little more insight that will help some other posters. My situation is a little different but I am sure that there are alot of people out there that's in the same boat, or now out the boat as you.
(1)How and when did you find out about the affair?
(2)Has the affair ended, how did it end?
(3)Does your H still have any type of contact with this woman?
(4)Who iniated the recovery of your marriage? You, your husband?
(5)Do you want to recover your marriage, I am assuming so since you're here.
I am not for sure if you have browsed very many of the concepts on this website, they are excellent resources.
Make sure you review the Basic Concepts:
http://www.marriagebuilders.com/graphic/mbi3000_intro.htmlAlso, as soon as possible, go to the bookstore, and get "Surviving an Affair" by Harley. If you and your husband want to recover it will give insight from both points of view.
Also, do you feel comfortable with your therapist? Is your therapist concentrating on fixing the issues that resulted in the affair.
Make sure you read the Love Busters and Emotional Needs concepts in the basic Concepts section, there is also a link to Questionaires that you and your H can take.
I'm sorry that I really can't offer you more insight, but there will be others that will.
