Hi All,
I can't tell you how much this site has helped me. When I first discovered my H's a, I found Dr. Harley's book, and my H thought it way too radical...but that was before he really hit bottom and wanted to come home for good. Now, things are so much better. Thank goodness.
We are moving along this bumpy road, even as of last week I phrased some questions in a different way to learn more about the a...I don't know how many of you feel like you can recover if you just know the honest truth. Anyway, I still find myself having a great day, and then everything "hitting" me towards the evening...or having a bad day, a bad morning, etc...and my H is attentive, home, and loving. I would love your guidance. What do you think? Are my ups and downs inevitable, or do I need to try harder to readjust my attitude?

The ups & downs are normal from what I have read.

You might want to post this on Recovery, as more of them are in recovery than here.
