I will be gone for a week. How will I cope?

Anyway, I want to ask my WH if the A is actually over. I am thinking this is a mistake because...
1. He could just lie and say yes.
2. He could say no and then I will be compelled to kick him out even if I am not ready.
3. He could say no and I crumble as usual and let him stay anyway
OR
4. This really isn't about how the A, it is about how I feel and whether I can go on in my marriage the way it is now regardless of the A.

Am I making sense? I really at this point think is about me and maybe I am the one that needs a time out from him.

As usual pay me lots of attention <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" />

Leave it alone for now, RNR, have fun with your H, make $LB deposits, Plan A.

There will be time later to find out if it's over or not, and best to do it without asking him...it'll be an LB and in any case, you can't trust the answer.

You cope because you choose to cope. You don't really want to muddy up your vacation time by asking this question right now .... do you?

I vote that the very last words your H hears you whisper into his ear before you take off ...are loving, sexy, confident words ... not needy or groveling or combative words.

Look luscious ... kiss ... and whistle to yourself while leaving ... wear a different scent ... and look just a little too confident and relaxed !!! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" />

Fer cryin' out loud .... JUST HAVE FUN

I understand your reasons for wanting to know.

And I agree with SC that asking him will do you no good whatsoever.

Asking is a LB'er.
The answer can't be trusted.

So investigation is your next alternative. Do you have ways to snoop on whether or not they are in contact? I would guess that they're not so much seeing each other, but you want to know about phone calls etc. If you think they're still seeing each other -- hire a PI.

What was their usual method of contact? Cell phones? Do you have access to his bills? Can you look at his phone records online? I have Sprint and I can do that.

I remember one poster who planted a voice-activated recorder in her husbands car.

Just some ideas.

Pep; I'm betting your H ended the A and came back just to stop the torture! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="images/icons/shocked.gif" /> <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" /> You are positively evil! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="images/icons/shocked.gif" /> <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" />

You guys make me laugh! The method of contact was beeper to phone to lunch. The beeper is shut off, the cell phone cancelled and lunch has stopped in our small town due to too many people seeing them. The OWH hired a PI but I couldn't stomach see pictures of them. Incidentally beeper and cell phone his idea.

And Pepper, I have done the sexy thing! I get no response. He is going out with friend tonight. I just might be gone when he gets back and return late with my best dress on. I can play the game too! I keep hoping sooner or later he'll crack. If not eat your heart out.

Love the input. I was hoping you guys would answer so I could get my fix <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" />
