A few weeks ago my WW (we are currently seperated) mentioned that OM (currently co-worker) was close to taking another job. My WW has told me that the A is over with OM.

I just got back from a very pleasent lunch with WW (no LB) and we were talking a new person at her work. I then simply asked her if OM had taken or is in the process of taking the other job. WW stated that she honestly does not know if he is going to get another job or not. I did not ask anymore questions and left it at that.

My question is this. Is it even possible for us to reconcile if WW is still working with OM? We are a long ways from this happening as my WW has not yet made a committment to making us work. I was just wondering if there are any success stories out there where this has worked, or if there is little hope.

As of right now, the only way that it appears that WW and OM will not work together is if OM takes another job. WW has already stated that she is not going to look for another job. (In her defense, she has a very good job and has a very good reputation and is very good at what she does. She also makes quite a bit more than I do).

Like I said, we are still a long ways away from her moving back and trying to work this out. But I was just wondering about any success stories of this actually working.

There are some success stories here where WW/WH and OM/OW still work together. I am in the same situation and things have improved, but I firmly believe that a) progress has been significantly delayed because they see eachother every day even thought the A is over and b) recovery will be extremely difficult as OW is a constant reminder of escape/something different.

I do believe it is possible to recover in this situation, but that it is much more difficult.

I think Leilana who now posts on recovery is one of the BS who is in this situation.
