3 and a half months past d-day (H had 2 year A). I seem to only have one BIG trigger and that is OW herself.

Thought I was going OK, then today, OW was outside my kids school this morning when I dropped them off. When I got home she was on my neighbours front lawn visiting. They stood there for ages laughing loudly (showing how happy she is!)

Then I go to the shops and as I drive home she pulls in behind me and follows me half the way home.

And now to top it off, her and a friend of hers have just walked their dog past my house. She lives 1 mile away on the otherside of town and has no reason to be here other than to annoy me.

Just did a BIG LB and rang H at work, I asked him when is he going to stick up for me and stand up to this 2 bit tramp.

I know that I "won" but remind me what exactly what I won? I dont know if I want it anymore. I'm thinking the only reason I stayed is for my childrens sake and I dont know if thats enough?

Maybe I have just overdosed on OW today and tomorrow it will all be as clear as mud????????

Robyn,

Refocus. The reason why the OW is putting herself in your face is because she is trying to irk you. Make sense? Then it probably is. If your H does not have the strength to defend your honor, then check out your options and don't give away the details. Call the police dept and ask what the harrassment laws, nuisance laws, OW on the loose laws, etc. are available in your area. The OW may know how to stay on the edge. If you bring in your boundaries and let her come a bit closer, she may overstep it and BAM!!! You will be able to 'legally' have her put outasight!

Do a US Search. Check the courts for outstanding warrants, etc. If whatever you dig up can be used to make her keep her distance then you have the option to use it. Most OWs are not harden criminals but a few sure walk the border on it.

It can be stressful for you. Have your support group on the alert. OW watch patrol.

JMHO,
L.
