Belive me i have really tried. but it just keeps coming back. i guess i a'm not sure just how to help myself. i have gotton out of the house, went for walks went with my g/f to places thinking that would help me not think about it but it stays on my mind 24/7 it's like i don't have a life any longer. cant joke can't seem to laugh with my friends NOTHING!!!!! itis weird 1 dayi seem to be ok but the next i find myself sooo down after telling my self and my girlfriends i will not allow this to happen to me. and u said something about A h was having i a'mnot sure he has that, is just what i think by some of the things i hear him say on the phone like he was talking to 1 of his men friends and i heard him say tell Bruce i a'm been thinking about him. i ask who Bruce was and he told me a friend that he met at the gocart races the night he stayed over night he said at his moms, cause the gocart track was down around where his mom lives. i know u will probably jump me for this but honestly is that me thinking that was a supious saying or is it me? Oh and u ask about my meds no i do not think they are the cause of the stress been on themnow for over 30 yrs.

Cathy,

Maybe you need to open your threads up to get more responses. Not just mine. It could give you a better perspective.

Anyways, you might want to check to see if the doctor or other natural health professional can recommend something to help you over what looks like anxiety attacks. Read up on them and see. Then check with your doctor. Walking, excercise, venting here, helping others are just some of the ways to help you reduce your anxiety and get a better hold on life.

Learn how to babble. Takes a bit of effort since you have to formulate all that illogic stuff but once you get the hang of it, it gets fun instead of mentally challenging!!! LOL!

ex: your H tells 'bruce' that he misses him......

Your optional babble line: "Ya, tell him I miss him too! (now what that will stimulate in his mind is endless).

WS: You don't know Bruce, how can you miss him?
BS: Oh yea, I don't howz about introducing us so that the next time I hear you say you miss him I won't get the 'wrong idea'? Hm.....

WS: Why are you missing another guy?
BS: Don't know, why are you?

A bit sarcastic but definitely babble. Be careful but if used in the right quantities and at the right time, it could help him think more about your reactions thereby getting him to think more of you than an OW. I mean after a few times of this, the next time he sees Bruce, he might be wondering about U!!! Ya know? Well you are not meant to logically understand this so don't get a headache over it ok? Just my thoughts.

Don't try this unless you are up to the consequences.

L.
