My xW even called the kids today, to tell them that they would be having their normal every-other-weekend visit... starting tomorrow. I just got an e-mail from her... stating she will pick up the kids after the trial... ...I don't think so! She is ignoring the fact... ...that the judge will be making her decision, on all visitations, tomorrow! Another example of where she gets the kid's minds set for one thing... ...only to have them get disappointed! Even though I feel that my case is soooooo strong... ...if the judge happens to rule against me... ...I will go for an appeal... ...and ask her to stay the vistitations until an appeal or hearing! In no way will they go with her without the commitment of... ...no visiting the nudist camp ...no practicing nudism in front of the kids ...not allowing anyone else to practice nudism in front of them! ...I'm willing to take the consequences of being in contempt of court... on this!
