My cousin died this week at the age of 39 after a long battle with cancer.
I visited her in the hospital and watched as her husband rubbed her legs, wiped the sweat from her forehead and prayed by her side.
I watched him as he stared at her coffin in disbelief.
I was amazed by their two teenaged children who stood by him as he fell apart.
I saw an honourable man who believed in his commitment of love til death, through sickness and health.
I think we all deserve that kind of love....

Sorry about your cousin, searching. I know how heartbreaking it can be to sit by and watch such acts of love and devotion when it is missing in your life. Thank God your cousin got to experience it.
