hey, still up... been thinking I should use mine. TOmorrow I start the beginning plan that I have. I have to.

I will be doing this before work or when I get home. A promise. I even have small weights.

gc, thanks, I gotcha now! I like my new plastic one so much better. It is lighter and easier to use. Instead of hauling out different boxes during my workout, I just have to use one with the new box. My old wooden one is relegated to the garage now.
