Been thinking about installing an internet spy program on my wife's computer. It records all incoming and outgoing e-mail and forwards them to my e-mail as soon as they are received or sent. There is a part of me that wants to know what is said, but another part that doesnt think I can handle what I see them talking about. I am in good state of mind at the moment. i treat her with respect and care, I'm afraid if I found out too much it would set me back instead of helping me move forward. Any ideas?

Well, it depends on your situation. If you need to find out IF an affair is going on, I would do it because you have a right to know. However, if you already KNOW one is going on, it will only serve to hurt you.
I have spy software installed on my H's computer and I check it from time to time to make sure he is actually being truthful. Being able to verify his activites independently has helped me learn to trust him again. It helped our relationshiop enormously. So I do think that spy software has its place, but it can have a negative effect if used wrongly.
