Hi,
I just read your post, i a'm soooooo sorry to hear what is happening to u. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Frown]" src="images/icons/frown.gif" /> I know how u feel, it tears a person a part. Have u thought about asking your H to see if by chance he just might go to counceling with u? I have learned alot of things in here about helping myself. For such a long time i coulden't think about nothing except for catching my H with a nother women knowing he is, or allways wanting to snoop, and i tell u what they warned me in here not to focus all my engery on what my H was doing but to focus on healing myself, and i diden't and actually made myself worse. What i have done now to try and help myself is quit trying to focus on what all my H is doing, belive me it is HARD not to focus on it but if u want to try and make your life a little eaiser u have to just say to your self ok this is what i a'm going to do. 1 be good to yourself. 2 treat yourself out and the kids. 3 read all u can in this MB site. 4 keep coming in no matter how u feel just to vent. 5 takes walks. 6 go to a park. and so on just to try and get your mind off of what is happening to u. i hope this helps u a little. not very good at this giving advice as i a'm still trying to pull myself up off the ground if u know what i mean. If u would like to e-mail me or would like to add me to your contact list here is my yahoo ID daddy_girl47963 e-mail daddy_girl@yahoo.com i would be more than happy to talk with u, and maybe we could help each outher.

Hi in the dark_45...thanks for your advice, i will try to do some of those suggestions, I just dont feel like it, and i wish i could get out of this slump. I started med.s last wednesday, but they dont seem to be doing anything, but making me drowsey, and a loss of appetite. (which was bad enough all ready). Every day i wish this was all just a bad dream, and i am gonna wake up. Thanks for your email addy...A/C0810

A/C0810,

Listen ... you sound like about ready to go into plan B. However please give us more detail on your plan A ... what have you done since d-day to mitigate complaint from your H ?. Plan A is about you ... after you did your best and your WH "rejected" your plan A ... it is time for you to make a decision. I know you have kids ... you should not move out !. There is some detail that you posted here and there about your plan A ... maybe you need to review it before making any decision into plan B or worst LB'ed.

Take care and hang in there ... -rh-
