Hello Everyone,
My posts have been in the "Just Found Out" section, but it looks like I will be moving to this section now. I'm wondering if anyone in California has experience about divorce laws and how the courts look at one of the parties moving out of the house. If I was to move out after requesting a divorce would the courts see me as abandoning my two sons?

Why would you move out? Why would you leave your two sons?
Did you file or just tell her you want a divorce?
I would think moving out you are abandoning the kids and the house.
Do not move out until you speak with a lawyer.
