Lately, since I started implementing Plan A, she's been saying a lot of hurtful things to me. For instance, yesterday she said to me that if I were to move to TX to prevent her from coming to the midwest to be with the OM, that I shouldn't be surprised if they were to move to TX as well. I asked her if she has discussed this with him and she said no and I also asked her what if he doesn't agree and she said, I don't know, it is just a thought.

I explained to her that if I were to move to TX is so that our S can be closer to both her family and mine.

But, anyway, when I tell her that a remark actually hurts me, she answers that it is not her intent to hurt me, she is just saying those things to illustrate a point. She d*nm well knows what she's doing and knows how to push my buttons.

The question is why is she doing it? Is she doing it to provoke me so she can continue to justify the divorce and the affair. Sort of like "see, what he does and says to me?" I am getting better in biting my tongue, but sometimes it is just too much.

The WS does these hurtful things to hurt. Regardless of what she says about NOT wanting to hurt you that IS what happened.

So for someone to hit the target without even trying is well.......next to impossible unless they were either standing right over the target or taking perfect aim.

Let her know she is babbling again and don't give her the benefit of a response until she speaks intelligently and with sensitivity.
